📢PANAYIOTIS A. KOUSSIS PARTICIPATED AS A SPEAKER AT THE CONFERENCE ORGANISED BY THE TECHNOLOGY COMMITTEE OF THE CYPRUS BAR ASSOCIATION

On 14th of October 2021, our Senior Lawyer, Panayiotis A. Koussis, participated as a speaker at the 2nd Conference of the Technology Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association, titled “Law & Technology: Challenges and Practical Applications.”

During his presentation, Panayiotis A. Koussis focused on the introduction of Cryptoasset Service Providers (CASPs) in Cyprus, following the transposition of the EU Directive into National Law.

The conference also addressed a variety of key topics, including Cryptoasset Service Providers (CASPs), Emerging Technologies and their legal implications, eIDAS & Electronic Signatures, Digital Forensics, and eDiscovery.
